Delivery & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship your most-wanted collectibles anywhere in the world.
How long will my order take?
Within the UAE, orders can arrive same-day via express, or in 2-4 business days via standard delivery. International and GCC orders typically take 10-15 business days, with tracking provided.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on UAE orders over AED 100. Orders under AED 100 are AED 10 in courier-accessible areas. Express delivery is AED 25. International rates are quoted after checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. Order before the 12:30 PM cut-off and your order can arrive within 1-8 business hours (UAE, courier-accessible areas).
Will I get tracking?
Yes - you'll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Who pays customs and duties on international orders?
Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in shipping fees.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange products?
Yes - you may return or exchange eligible merchandise, provided items stay sealed and unused. See our Returns / Refunds / Exchange Policy for full conditions.
Which items can't be returned?
Due to their collectible nature, blind boxes, figures, trading cards, apparel, manga, and games are non-returnable. Blind boxes are also non-exchangeable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds apply to defective, damaged, or faulty items, with photos and proof of purchase. Start a request with our Refund Request Form.
How long do I have to exchange an item?
Exchanges are permitted within 14 days if items are sealed, original, and accompanied by a receipt. You can exchange for an item of equal or higher value, or take store credit valid for 6 months.
Do I get my money back or store credit?
Approved refunds for defective or damaged items go back to your original payment method. Exchanges can be made for another item or for store credit.
Order Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, subject to our Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds return to your original payment method.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellations are subject to a cancellation / bank transaction charge of 5% of your total order value.
Can I cancel just part of my order?
No - it is not possible to cancel part of an order. The entire order is cancelled, and you can re-purchase the items you still want.
Pre-Orders
How do pre-orders work?
A deposit secures your reserved item and your slot for highly sought-after collectibles. Items ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. See our Pre-Order Policy.
Do I pay in full or just a deposit?
High-value items (such as large-scale statues and resin figures) require a 30% deposit, with the balance due within 30 days of the arrival notification. All other pre-orders are paid in full upfront. Installment options such as Tabby may be available at checkout.
What if the release date changes?
Estimated arrival dates are a guide and are not binding. If the estimate is missed, you may cancel your pre-order 30 days after the missed estimated time of delivery.
Are pre-order deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable unless caseclosed fails to deliver within 30 days past the estimated time of delivery. Cancelling a pre-order forfeits any deposit and your place in the queue.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED. Installment options such as Tabby may be available at checkout.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes. Card details are processed securely and are not stored, sold, or shared. See our Privacy Policy.
Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders and reorder your favourites.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You'll receive an order-confirmation email once we accept your order. Note that a confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs.
