Pre-Order Policy

How pre-orders work at caseclosed. Pre-orders are fulfilled by Pumpy General Trading LLC. By placing a pre-order you agree to this policy.

Priority

Pre-orders are processed in the order they are received. Cancelling a pre-order forfeits any deposit and your place in the queue.

Customer Details

You must provide accurate shipping and billing information when placing a pre-order. You can update your details by emailing hello@caseclosedme.com before your order ships.

Payment

  • High-value items (for example large-scale statues and resin figures) require a deposit of 30% of the product price at the time the pre-order is placed, with the balance due within 30 days of the arrival notification.
  • All other pre-orders require full payment upfront.
  • Installment options (such as Tabby) may be available at checkout where supported.

Delivery Schedule

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not binding. caseclosed does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date. If the estimated date is missed, you may cancel your pre-order 30 days after the missed estimated time of delivery (ETD). Pre-order deliveries are within the UAE; international shipping is charged separately.

Price

caseclosed reserves the right to adjust pricing where necessary.

Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable unless caseclosed fails to deliver within 30 days past the estimated time of delivery. Customer-initiated cancellations forfeit the deposit.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any pre-order is limited to a full refund of the amounts paid, without interest.

Age and Residency

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the approval of a parent or legal guardian, to place a pre-order. Orders associated with minors are considered to be placed under adult supervision.

Disclaimer

Pre-order products may still be under development. Final production versions may differ materially from prototypes, promotional images, or samples.

Changes to This Policy

This Pre-Order Policy is subject to modification without notice. Please review it when placing a pre-order.
