Return / Refund / Exchange Policy

Our return, refund, and exchange terms for caseclosed (caseclosedme.com), operated by Pumpy General Trading LLC.

General Conditions

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges, returns, and refunds. Items must be unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition, unless defective.

Blind boxes are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under all circumstances. This policy does not apply to promotional items, free gifts, discounted products, or gift cards. caseclosed reserves the right to inspect items before approval.

Refunds

Refunds apply only to defective, damaged, or faulty items. Photographic evidence and proof of purchase are required. Sealed and functional items are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. You can start a request with our Refund Request Form.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted within 14 days if items are sealed, original, and accompanied by a receipt. You may exchange for an item of equal or higher value (paying any difference), or receive store credit valid for 6 months. All exchanges require inspection by our team.

Returns

In store: items may be returned only at the original store location. See our store locations.

Online: contact hello@caseclosedme.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. Items must be shipped back to us or dropped at a store. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Due to their collectible nature, figures, trading cards, apparel, manga, and games are non-returnable.
