Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how caseclosed gets your collectibles to you. Orders are fulfilled by Pumpy General Trading LLC.
Processing
- Orders are shipped via a third-party courier, Monday to Friday only.
- Delivery time is counted from order confirmation, based on product availability.
- The courier will attempt to contact you before delivery. Failed delivery attempts result in the parcel being returned to Pumpy General Trading LLC for rescheduling.
- In line with U.A.E. law, products are not offered to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
- Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
Shipping Fees
Local Orders - Standard Delivery
- Free shipping on orders above AED 100, anywhere in the UAE.
- AED 10 for orders under AED 100 in courier-accessible locations.
- Custom rates are quoted for remote areas.
Local Orders - Express Delivery
- AED 25 for express delivery.
- Unavailable outside standard courier service areas.
International Orders
- Rates are calculated after checkout; our customer service team will provide a quote.
- Rates vary by country and location.
- Customs fees and sales taxes are not included in shipping fees.
Saudi Arabia
- Customs duty: 5-20%.
- VAT: 15%.
- Admin fee on VAT: SAR 15.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us and we will help resolve it, subject to availability and proper evaluation.
Shipping Duration
Express Delivery (UAE)
Order before the 12:30 PM cut-off for delivery within 1 to 8 business hours.
Standard Delivery (UAE)
2 to 4 business days.
International / GCC
10 to 15 business days.
Customs Clearance
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes charged by the destination country.
